Family Donations
Suggestion Donation of $1000 per SUSD Student to Maintain Programs
Saratoga Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization so any gift you make to SEF counts as a tax deductible charitable donation. Any amount is appreciated but we do ask for 100% participation since SEF serves every child, every grade and every school.
Every dollar counts, so please donate any amount you are comfortable with and utilize corporate matching programs.

Ambassador: $1500+
Recognition at SEF events, donor name published, voting membership, and SEF thank you gift
Leadership: $1000+

Donation Methods
SEF accepts donations by any one of the payment options below.
Option 1: Pay by credit card or electronic check (one time or recurring options available)
Option 2: Paper check
Mail check (payable to "SEF") and completed donation form to:

Option 3: Corporate matching
Your employer can double your donation to SEF without it costing you any more. Check our corporate matching page for more information.
Option 4: PayPal payments
Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account for a one time payment.
Option 5: Gifts of stock
Reduce your capital gains taxes by gifting a highly appreciated security at its present market value to SEF. Contact treasurer@sef-ca.org for more details with the name of the stock you are transferring and the number of shares you wish to donate.
Option 6: Donate your car
Get rid of that old clunker or simply avoid the hassle of having to sell your old car by donating to SEF and getting a tax write off instead. Contact treasurer@sef-ca.org for more details.
Option 7: Estate planning
Remembering SEF in your estate plan can provide significant opportunities for generations of incoming SUSD students. Please contact treasurer@sef-ca.org for more information or to let us know that you have included SEF in your estate plan.
